Embrun Realty came to Lapointe Drainage for the site works of a mixed commercial apartment block. The problem was the proximity of the property to a Municipal Drain on the west side of the property and runoff storm water going to a river on the south side of the property. The solution was an engineered soil filtering system with a mini berm in the back of the property with extensive Rip Rap on the west side to provide the required support for the parking lot.
